Delivering pizzas in less than 20 mins!!
The purpose of this project was to understand, analyses and enhance a complex system. The solution boasts of being able to save 10 mins out of the whole process time, making it possible for Dominoes to deliver pizzas in less than 20mins.
After mapping the complete process of completing and delivering orders inside a Domino's outlet, I found loopholes in the process that claim precious time.These loopholes were eliminated by introducing an ergonomically designed router which holds 3 times more orders in rush hours and can be rearranged according to the number of orders for optimum use.
