ReBranding and Diversifying Local Roots: (Foodgasm)
Local Roots NYC CSA is a community of farmers that are aiming to produce, distribute and sell produce grown and sourced locally to the Local Roots community.
Founded and run by Wen-Jay Ying, Local roots is an initiative to to inspire home cooking culture with the help of locally sourced produce.

The whole idea behind local roots is to help build a bridge between people and local farmers. Their aim is to encourage people to buy locally sourced vegetables and produce and to build a community.
We decided to promote this sentiment through events where chefs teach a group of friends and family to use the local produce. We noticed that many people are not aware how to use the local produce.
